                                                                                                                                          Pool Policy

 

To best utilize the Town of Callahan’s resources,

 

Customers who inquire about pool fills or like circumstances should be directed to the Town of Callahan Volunteer Fire Department for assistance with the fill of the pool.  The point of contact will be Fire Chief : Chris Wood at (904) 672-9138.

 

Otherwise, the customer should be directed to document the (meter readings, and include pictures, etc.) details of the situation and then follow the process for an adjustment to their bill.

 

The customer should be advised the bill adjustment is not automatic and does require approval by the Town Council. 

 

 

This policy will take effect immediately.
